I will use discretion on colors in designs based on whether it is for a boy or girl. However, you can indicate your color preferences if you like.
Note: Embroidery usually begins within 1-7 business days from receipt and clearance of payment, on a first-come, first-served basis. The ability to communicate with you is important in case questions arise. Custom embroidered items are not returnable or refundable. If we make an error, we will attempt to correct our error or refund your money.
